Memnarch, The Mad

First of all, it's riddled with spelling errors; second, it's hugely overpowered; and finally, (and this is the big one) Memnarch spent his entire life trying to figure out how to become a planeswalker, and never succeeded. He lacked the drive or inherent magical power to ignite a planeswalker spark within himself.
